What Is Crazy Balls Money Game?

Crazy Balls is essentially a live bingo-style money game where players bet on numbered cards and watch as numbered balls are drawn randomly from a pool. However, it is far from a simple bingo game. Evolution has enhanced the classic format with multiple betting options, innovative multiplier mechanics, and exciting bonus rounds that add layers of strategy and entertainment.

Game Setup and Cards

Players can place bets on up to four regular bingo cards simultaneously, plus additional bonus game cards if they wish to participate in the bonus rounds. Each regular card consists of a 5x5 grid filled with numbers randomly selected from a set of 60 possible numbers (1 through 60). Unlike traditional bingo, where numbers are called one by one until a pattern is completed, Crazy Balls draws exactly 20 balls per round from the 60-number pool. 

Free Space vs. Multi Card

One of the game’s unique features is the choice between two types of regular cards:

• Free Space Cards: These cards include a free center space that is automatically marked off at the start of the round. This free space increases the player’s chances of completing lines since it counts as a matched number.
• Multi Cards: Instead of a free space, these cards have a multiplier in the center cell. This multiplier can significantly boost winnings but makes it slightly more challenging to complete lines because the center cell is not automatically marked.

Players can toggle each card between Free Space and Multi modes before the round begins, allowing for strategic decisions based on their risk appetite and desired payout potential.

The Ball Draw and Winning Lines

Once bets are placed, the game host spins the ball machine, which randomly selects 20 balls from the 60 available. As each ball is drawn, matching numbers on the player’s cards are marked off. The goal is to complete lines-horizontal, vertical, or diagonal-on the cards. Completing a line results in a payout. Unlike traditional bingo, Crazy Balls does not require completing the entire card; winning lines are paid out individually. This means players can win multiple times in a single round if they complete more than one line on one or more cards.

Multipliers and Their Role

Crazy Balls features three types of multipliers that can dramatically increase winnings:

1. Standard Multipliers: These are multipliers attached to individual numbers on Multi cards, typically 10x or 20x. When a number with a standard multiplier is part of a completed line, the payout for that line is multiplied accordingly.
2. Line Multipliers: These multipliers apply to a whole line and can be 20x or 50x. If a line includes a line multiplier, the payout for that line is multiplied by this amount, and it stacks with any standard multipliers on the same line.
3. Global Multipliers: These are multipliers that apply to all winnings on a card, typically 2x or 3x. Some cards can feature two global multipliers, which stack multiplicatively, further increasing the total payout.

The stacking of these multipliers means that a single line can be multiplied by several factors, leading to potentially huge payouts. For example, a line with a 10x standard multiplier, a 50x line multiplier, and two 3x global multipliers would multiply the base payout by 10 × 50 × 3 × 3 = 4,500 times.

Crazy Balls Payouts

The base payout for completing a line without any multipliers is generally 3x the bet placed on that card. Multipliers increase this base payout. Since players can bet on multiple cards, and each card can have multiple winning lines, the total payout per round can be substantial.
